Post Hurricane Irma Hotel Update

As you know, it has been a challenging time for many in Irma's path and for our hotels - preparing our buildings for Hurricane Irma, ensuring our guests and staff were relocated to safe areas and enduring Irma herself. Thank you for bearing with us during these important efforts.

Immediately following the storm, we were working with limited systems, through intermittent power issues, and assessing the buildings and property for damage. The majority of our staff was only permitted to return to the hotel on September 12th.

We are thankful and relieved to report that the hotels sustained only minor damage. We have been busy making repairs and working to restore all facilities, systems, and services.

On the morning of Wednesday, Sept 13th, the hotels officially reopened to guests and all reservations scheduled to check in on 9/13 and beyond will be honored. We are doing our best to restore all services as quickly as possible and will have more information available soon.

If you were scheduled to arrive prior to Sept 13th and were delayed due to the storm or your travel plans have changed, please contact our reservations department at 305-538-5711 or reservations@gomiamibeach.com

If you have other questions, please direct them to the number or email above. We are happy to assist you. For several days more, we will have a limited ability to respond to Facebook posts.

If you plan to travel to Miami or Miami Beach, please be aware that many impacts of the storm are yet unresolved - some businesses were more heavily affected than ours, airports are not fully open, and travel may be challenging for the next few days.

Please check with your airlines, car rental companies, etc for their recommendations and more information on your reservations.

Again, thank you for your patience with and concern for us and the hotel. We are grateful and excited to welcome you back to the Marseilles Hotel, standing strong.

Warmest Regards,

Management
